Avonlea Ilaria is the baby's name, tentatively. We are the type of people to need to see the baby before we set ourselves completely on the name. But I have no other names in mind. And we often refer to the baby as Avonlea or Ava, which will be her nickname for those who struggle with Avonlea, just as Mandorallyn is called Maddie by most of the family. Though I admit Mandorallyn is quite the mouthful.
When I was pregnant with Mandorallyn there wasn't the restriction on luncheon meat as there is now. I'm having issues with that. I ate a ton of deli meat while preggo with Maddie. It's one of the few meat protiens I was interested in and I'd eat the slices plain or with mustard, no bread. I had tons of sandwiches as well I'm certain. So I was bad yesterday and had a subway spicy italian sandwich and now I'm freaking out that from that one sandwich my baby is going to contract listeria and die. All cause I selfishly wanted a sandwich. I'm a horrible mommy.

wait. whats this about sandwiches and meat????? All I ate with ireland and tons so far with this baby is deli sandwiches. Am I making my baby sick?! ahhh scary. what is this madness??? ps i LOOOOOVE the name you have picked. The names we picked have already been getting crap. for the boy name "its not original like ireland" they say. (last i checked it was our choice)
and for the girl name, I just saw it as top 50 BOY names. hmmm. oh well its our kids right?? I love the name mandorallyn, it IS a mouthful, but that is so fun!! anyway hope you guys are all well and not getting sick from MEAT ????

Abby, when i would freak out about eating fish or something like deli meat, Matt would always say... What do you think the eskimos eat?... And obviously they have babies. So... I wouldn't stress too much about it.
